Jayin Logistics implements strict logical separation between Client and Driver data. Driver personal data (License, IC, Contact) is encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized fleet administrators. Client data (Shipment details, Cargo manifests) is isolated to ensure commercial confidentiality. We adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and GDPR principles where applicable.
Our platform processes geolocation data strictly for operational purposes. Real-time tracking is enabled only during active job execution (from "Start Job" to "Job Completed"). Historical location data is retained for a period of 365 days to support audit trails and dispute resolution, after which it is anonymized or purged in accordance with our data retention policy.
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
By accessing Jayin Logistics, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful logistics management purposes. You must not use the automation tools to generate fraudulent Delivery Orders, falsify driver timestamps, or manipulate GPS data. Any attempt to tamper with the system's integrity may result in immediate account suspension.
While our automated routing and document generation tools are designed for accuracy, the final responsibility for cargo safety and regulatory compliance lies with the fleet operator. Jayin Logistics is a facilitator of information and is not liable for physical cargo loss or driver misconduct.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Jayin Logistics will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
We commit to a Monthly Uptime Percentage of 99.9% for the core tracking and API services. In the event of service interruptions exceeding this threshold, clients on Enterprise plans may be eligible for service credits as defined in their specific contract.
Critical incidents (system-wide outage, inability to access DOs) are addressed within 1 hour, 24/7. Standard inquiries and feature requests are processed during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM GMT+8) with a target resolution time of 24 hours.
To support financial due diligence, Jayin Logistics guarantees that all operational audit logs (Job creation, Pickup/Delivery timestamps, User actions) are written to an append-only ledger. These records are immutable and safe from tampering, ensuring a single source of truth for billing and compliance audits.
